Green Space Maintainer / Outdoor Maintenance Worker

About the role

As a Green Space Maintainer, you are responsible for the care and maintenance of outdoor areas around our clients' properties. You will work practically and variedly with everything required to create a well-maintained, safe, and inviting environment for residents, visitors, and businesses.

Your main tasks:

• Care of green spaces, such as mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, and weeding
• Planting, watering, and basic plant care
• Cleaning of walkways, courtyards, parking lots, and other outdoor areas
• Maintenance and basic servicing of machinery and tools
• Snow removal, sanding, and anti-skid treatment in winter
• Reporting of faults, damages, and irregularities
• Service-oriented interaction with residents, school children, businesses, and visitors

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work, is meticulous, and has an eye for detail. You work independently but collaborate just as well with colleagues. The role suits someone who is responsible, flexible, and enjoys working at a varied pace. Experience is crucial for this role. We prefer that you have previously worked with green space maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in outdoor maintenance, park or garden work
• Basic experience with machinery (e.g., lawn mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, snow blowers)
• Driver's license class B
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Meritorious: education in gardening/property management, TCYK professional certificate
