FEMALE ASSISTANTS WANTED

We are now seeking an engaged and responsive personal assistant for a woman with ALS who lives with her husband in a row house in Västra Frölunda.

The position involves working in so-called double assistance, meaning you work together with a colleague to ensure safe assistance for the client.

About the role

As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in the client's daily life. Tasks include:

• Personal care
• Support with communication and daily routines
• Help with transfers and medical technical equipment (including tracheostomy)
• Accompanying on activities outside the home

The client has a great interest in culture and appreciates, for example, museum visits and other excursions.

We are looking for someone who

• Is responsible, empathetic, and has a calm working approach
• Has good collaboration skills as the work is done in a team
• Has experience in personal assistance or care (meriting)
• Has knowledge or experience of tracheostomy (meriting, but not a requirement)
