Personal assistant for a girl, Bromma

You are a young, social and confident girl. You enjoy working with young people, is stimulating and responsible. As this girl is eager to grow, we want you to have an interest in pedagogy and training through play. The girl is happy, social and has a wonderful personality with a great interest in singing and music. We are therefore looking for someone who is like-minded, outgoing, cheerful and lively.

Experience with children and/or care is meritorious. You are also engaged, resourceful, independent and have good initiative. Structure, order and tidiness are other valuable qualities that will come in handy in this job.

It is very important that you take responsibility and are proactive. Heavy lifts occur. Experience in similar tasks is meritorious but not required. We hope you will work with us long term. We are looking for a personal assistant, female, to join a team of several assistants working with a cheerful and mischievous 23-year-old girl with disabilities.

Your tasks are to help her home from daily activities, evening chores, medication, transfers, training, etc., but above all to provide playful and developmental moments. Work hours are weekdays 4:30 PM–8:30 PM. In addition, weekend work with varying hours and occasional nights are included.

This position requires fluent Swedish as the girl otherwise has difficulty communicating.

As the home is located in Smedslätten, Bromma, it may be an advantage if you live nearby. Since the family also stays on Gotland during parts of the summer, there is an opportunity to follow to the summer house. Employment according to an agreed schedule, starting as soon as possible. We offer introduction and training.
