Hourly Substitutes for Imera's Group Home in Morgongåva

Imera AB is seeking hourly substitutes and summer substitutes for our LSS group homes in Morgongåva. With us, you get a meaningful job where you make a difference for people with complex needs.

Work tasks:

• Support users in everyday life according to individual needs and implementation plans.

• Create a safe and respectful environment.

• Handle challenging situations with calm and professionalism.

• Document according to current routines.

• Work may include sleeping on-call duty.

About you:

We are looking for someone with relevant education, for example from the Healthcare and Social Care Program or a vocational university education in social pedagogy, psychiatry or similar. You have very good Swedish in speech and writing as well as a Class B driver's license (requirement).

It is a requirement that you have experience in healthcare, LSS or psychiatry.

You are calm, stable, professional and can handle stress and conflict situations. You have good physical and mental endurance.
