Personal assistant, relief on-call

Hello!

I am a 57-year-old man living in Vallentuna with my two cats, and I am looking for a personal assistant to help me in my daily life when my regular staff are absent. I am paralyzed from the shoulders down (but completely clear-headed) and use a wheelchair, so you will be my arms and legs. I need help with basic tasks such as meals, hygiene, activities, etc., so your workplace is wherever I am. I spend most of my time at home, but sometimes I travel, and then you will accompany me.

My interests include taking care of my garden and my house. I also have a great interest in cars and spend a lot of time in my garage on various projects. It would be positive if you have similar interests.

I would like the applicant to be in the 30-50 age range and to speak and write Swedish well. I develop together with my assistant, so it is important that you are attentive, responsible, and have a positive view of people.

Please describe in your application if you have experience working as a personal assistant or anything else you think might be meritorious. The right chemistry is most important and takes precedence over any other merits!

The position is an on-call relief role for when regular staff are absent. Thus, there is no set schedule for when you work. Looking at how it has been in recent months, the need has been about 50%. Each shift is 24 hours, starting at 08:15 and ending at 08:15 the next day (active time 24h). It is important that you are flexible, as the group helps each other cover shifts and swap with each other during illness, child sick leave, etc. It is a plus if you can step in on short notice!

NOTE! An extract from the Police criminal record is required and should be brought to any interview.

Hourly wage according to agreement. Collective agreement exists.
