Personal Assistant Wanted – Part-Time, Akalla (Stockholm)

We are looking for a personal assistant for an active woman (33 years old) who lives in her own apartment in Akalla. The job involves providing support in daily life and enabling an active and independent life.

The user uses an electric wheelchair and communicates with signs and pictures. She regularly participates in activities such as walks, exercise, cultural events, and social gatherings.

Job duties

• Personal assistance in everyday situations
• Support with transfers and physical activity
• Participation in activities outside the home
• Collaboration with other assistants
• Contribute to structure, safety, and continuity

• can work independently and make decisions in daily life
• is able to adapt to the user's needs and situation
• has a sense of boundaries and can balance activity and rest
