Resource for children with special needs support

TP Förskolor AB currently operates 33 preschools in 9 municipalities. We are a private company that, with well-educated and socially competent educators, provides developing preschool activities including care, play, and learning in a creative environment for children aged 1-5.

We are now looking for several resources for a preschool in Näsbypark. We are looking for someone who has experience supporting children with various challenges, understands children's needs, and can meet them. The applicant should have good pedagogical knowledge and be well versed in the preschool curriculum and other governing documents.

You have a conscious approach towards children, guardians, and colleagues. You will belong to a team where you and your colleagues work together to create an inclusive environment for all children.

In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues at the preschool, guardians, and external resources. Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is required.

You are a co-exploring and present educator who is responsive to the children's interests, abilities, and needs.

Experience working with TAKK (sign language as support) and visual support is beneficial. training as a childminder is advantageous.

More specific information about the positions will be provided by the principal.

The resource position is a temporary employment of 30-40 hours per week.

Start date according to agreement.

• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Ability to use digital tools in daily work
