Romano Ilo is looking for another licensed preschool teacher for the preschool

Are you the one we are looking for our cooperative preschool Romano Ilo? Are you curious about how a staff cooperative works and develops, or perhaps you already have that experience? Imagine if you, with your experience, joy, and knowledge, want to become part of our team, together with our wonderful, professional educators and our amazing children.

We have two departments, toddlers and older children. In each department, one preschool teacher and two childminders work full-time. Our cook prepares food and bread made from scratch.

All of us at the preschool are driven by a strong desire to develop and improve our operations. As a new team member, you will have ample opportunity to share your interests, knowledge, and passions. Together, we are unbeatable. Seeing the children's happiness and joy when we work is invaluable. Besides, we have fun!

We imagine:

That you have a good command of Swedish, as we are meticulous about this at our preschool and our parents really want their children to learn correct Swedish. That you have knowledge of Montessori pedagogy, TAKK signing, and the Bornholm model, as we actively work with these. We appreciate if you can play an instrument.
