Västerås Montessoriskola is now seeking a class teacher for preschool class through year 3.

We are an independent primary school with approximately 100 students, located centrally in Västerås. Our classes consist of about 20 students, creating good conditions for close relationships and a safe learning environment.

Our operations are inspired by Montessori pedagogy while actively drawing on current research and proven experience.

At our school, teachers and after-school care work closely together, with the entire day seen as a cohesive whole focused on student development.

About the position

We are looking for a class teacher who wants to help develop our operations with a special focus on students' social development.

Social skills training is a central part of our work, and we are seeking someone who sees the value in working long-term and systematically with this.

For the right person, there is an opportunity to take a leading role, both in the teaching team and in the school's management group.

• Is a licensed teacher for F–3
