Dinglegymnasiet is now looking for a teacher in Horticulture. At Dinglegymnasiet, we offer the Natural Resources Programme with specializations in Horticulture, Horses, and Animal Care with a focus on dogs or veterinary care. The school also has introductory programmes. Together with Nuntorpsgymnasiet, Naturbruk Väst creates two schools that are firmly grounded in the long tradition of natural resource education that has always characterized the towns where the schools are located.

Dinglegymnasiet is hiring!

We are now looking for someone who can teach both practical and theoretical subjects in Horticultural Construction, Maintenance of Outdoor Environments, and Machinery and Technical Equipment in Natural Resources.

As a teacher, you are well familiar with the upper secondary school curriculum and subject syllabi and are a skilled educator. You plan and structure your work independently. You are creative and open to new ideas and ways of thinking, and you find it easy to communicate and build relationships with both students and other adults. You are confident and secure in your leadership in the classroom.

You take initiative and are passionate about school development issues – building up and creating new things appeals to you. You are not afraid of challenges but see them as opportunities to find new paths.

The position also includes mentoring and working in teams. The position we are advertising is part-time but can be combined with other advertised positions with the right qualifications.

Qualifications

Education and professional experience in Horticulture.

Experience in pedagogical work.

Vocational teacher qualification.

Previous experience teaching in upper secondary school and experience in natural resource education.
