Preschool Teacher for a Popular Parent Cooperative

We are now looking for a preschool teacher for our thriving, well-liked parent cooperative. The preschool is located in the heart of Södermalm, a stone's throw from Hammarby Sjöstad, and consists of a single mixed-age group of 19 children aged 1-6. Here, you will work in large, comfortable premises and a harmonious work environment together with a principal/preschool teacher and two childminders.

We value a small-scale preschool with time for the children, mixed-age learning, sibling groups, teaching based on children's interests, reading, forest excursions, and theater and museum visits. The operations are characterized by good communication, short decision-making paths, and an engaged board.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a licensed preschool teacher
• has experience in preschool
• is accustomed to working with both younger and older children
• has experience in digital documentation
• is proactive in development processes
• plans, evaluates, and develops teaching independently and in the team
• naturally establishes contact with children and guardians
• values ​​a positive work climate
• is a listening, democratic role model for the children
• has a good view of humanity
