At IntegreLär Adult Education, we work to ensure that all students achieve their goals and develop according to their abilities. We are now looking for a part-time special education teacher (approx. 15%) who mainly works remotely, with mandatory on-site presence on certain occasions.

Scope of the position

• Approximately 15% position
• Work is mainly done remotely, with some on-site presence for planned meetings, supervision sessions, and team meetings
• Flexible planning based on the school's needs

Duties

As a special education teacher with us, you will among other things:

• Support students with special needs and disabilities, both individually and in groups
• Provide advice and guidance to teachers on pedagogical adaptations and inclusive teaching
• Participate in planning and follow-up of teaching to create favorable conditions for all students
• Monitor and evaluate support measures and document actions
• Contribute to the development of the school's inclusive learning environment

We are looking for someone who:

• Has training and experience as a special education teacher
• Has experience in distance teaching or digital tools
• Sees each student's strengths and needs
• Is flexible, solution-oriented and thrives in a small team
