About the Role

Starting grade 1 is a milestone. We are looking for you who wants to lay the foundation for our students' continued education. As a teacher with us, you have a special focus on equipping students with a rich language – whether in Swedish, mathematics, or in practical-aesthetic subjects.

Your Main Duties:

• Plan and lead instruction in grade 1 with a strong focus on language development in all subjects.
• Actively contribute to the team's joint development by sharing pedagogical ideas and methods.
• Create a safe and structured environment where each student dares to take space and express themselves.
• Maintain close collaboration with guardians and your team to create a holistic approach around each student.

Your Profile:

• You are a licensed teacher with specialization F-3 (Preschool to Grade 3).
• You have good knowledge of how to work with a language-developing approach and can adapt instruction for a multilingual student group.
• You are a team player through and through who contributes with energy, commitment, and humility in the team.
• You are a confident leader who sees each child's individual potential.
