We are now seeking inspiring teachers for the secondary level to join us in shaping the future and contributing to a meaningful school experience for our students. We expect you to have a university education (Primary School Teacher 4-9, teacher for older ages, or secondary school teacher) and experience working in primary school. Teaching certification is meritorious. We also see that you are familiar with the curriculum, course plans, the National Agency for Education's guidelines, and the operations of primary school. You are responsible, independent, take initiative, and have good collaboration skills.

As a teacher with us, you will collaborate, plan, and evaluate teaching together with colleagues and students. You are skilled at and interested in continuously developing leadership, stimulation, and extra adaptations in your teaching. We actively work with motivating and value-creating teaching. The duties also include mentoring and contact with guardians. We are a school where all students in F-9 have access to iPads, and it is important that you see and utilize the opportunities this entails. You have good computer skills. You also have a genuine interest in working with students' development and learning, see opportunities, are flexible, dare to try new approaches, and have good collaboration skills.

We are looking for someone who gets energy from working with people. You are driven to find new working methods and want to contribute to well-planned and structured work. You enjoy collaborating and relating to others in a responsive and smooth manner. In meetings with others, you are humble, empathetic, and accommodating. Your interest and willingness to help others is evident in your daily work. If you want to contribute to planning and developing operations together with us, you are welcome to apply. We offer you an opportunity to make a difference for our students every day.
