Smartelkraft is a growing company in solar panels, energy storage, and fast charging. We work with both private individuals and companies, with a clear focus on corporate customers. Our goal is to deliver smart and cost-effective solutions, simply and without fuss.

We are a small team with short decision-making paths where a lot happens, and we are now looking for someone who wants to help build our B2B initiative.

About the position

We are looking for a salesperson who wants to work with companies (B2B), especially small and medium-sized enterprises.

This is not a role where you just sit and wait for leads; you will get leads from us, but it is equally important that you go out and create business yourself.

You are responsible for the entire process:

from initial contact to closing the deal.

We have competitive prices and a strong offering, so if you can sell and build trust, you have very good chances of success.

We are based in Varberg and prefer that you work from here, but remote work can be discussed for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Contact companies and book meetings
• Meet with customers and understand their needs
• Prepare and follow up on quotes
• Close deals
• Work with both leads and own outbound sales

Who we are looking for

We believe that you:

• Have previous sales experience (B2B)
• Are used to taking own initiative
• Are not afraid to pick up the phone or make the first contact
• Enjoy making deals and earning money
• Are confident in dialogue with corporate clients
• Have experience from the energy industry
