TT-Line AB is now looking for an employee for our Ground Operation, check-in, in Karlshamn.

We are seeking a reliable and service-minded employee who is dedicated to providing our customers with the best service when they board our ships. The position involves working early mornings, evenings, and weekends, depending on our ships' departures from Karlshamn harbor. We need someone who can start as soon as possible for internal training, and recruitment is ongoing, so apply without delay.

Ground Operation is based in Karlshamn, and it is an advantage if you live nearby. In this role, you will assist customers with bookings and check-ins, with varying working hours during the week depending on our operational needs.

Qualifications:

• You are welcoming and positive, and represent TT-Line by meeting and helping hundreds of travelers with a service-oriented attitude.
• You remain flexible and calm under stress, and work well both independently and in a team.
• You take initiative, are thorough, and handle your responsibilities with a strong work ethic.
• You have previous experience in customer service and are open to learning new computer systems.
• You have good language skills, with fluency in Swedish and English as a requirement; additional languages such as German, Polish, or Lithuanian are meritorious.
