Möjligheternas Hus AB is a fully owned municipal company with 30 employees within the Emmaboda municipal group. The company has several business areas: Labor Center, Duvemåla-Rundqvista Farm, Café Kom In, Remake ”Recycling & Upcycling”, Secondhand Shop, Recycling Center. New operations are established as needed and as part of development work, we run and participate in various projects in the environmental and labor market areas.

Our mission is to create conditions for increased reuse and reduce unemployment in the municipality.

We are looking for someone who wants to work with us and lead our operations at Duvemåla-Rundqvista farm.

JOB DUTIES

You will lead and manage the operations at Duvemåla - Rundqvista farm. The operation includes a café, a residential building (museum), a barn, a garden, a stage, and pastureland.

Your tasks include planning, scheduling, purchasing, serving, and supervision.

You are responsible for planning what will be sold and served with a focus on quality and economy - Working with food hygiene and kitchen routines - Handling orders, self-monitoring, serving, as well as dishwashing and cleaning.

An important part of your work is to receive visitors, be able to guide and show the farm's historical sites, and supervise people enrolled in various labor market measures who are interns at Duvemåla-Rundqvista farm.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience, for example in kitchen and bakery, as well as supervising and supporting employees and interns.

As a person, you are communicative and demonstrate personal maturity in your approach. You enjoy cooperating with clients, participants, and colleagues and strive to deliver good quality in both service and execution.
