With us, you will have a role where you work closely with people and help them move forward towards work or studies. As a candidate manager, you work as a labor market consultant within Rusta och Matcha, focusing on coaching, motivation, matching, and follow-up.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is driven by results, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You take initiative, build relationships, and see opportunities in helping job seekers move forward towards employment or education.

About the role

You support and guide participants towards their next step, follow up on their progress, and work actively to achieve results. The role also involves highlighting candidates' strengths, creating employer contacts, and matching job seekers in a professional manner.

To be eligible, you need to meet one of the following

Option 1

At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) and at least two years of full-time work experience.

Option 2

At least one year of post-secondary studies with approved results and at least three years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following areas:

• supervisory experience with personnel responsibility
• recruitment
• transition work for job seekers
• study and career counseling
• handling personnel issues
• work with labor market issues
• work with social and group psychology
• career guidance
