DBK Scandinavia AB is looking for an Inside Sales Representative

We are now looking for an Inside Sales Representative who wants to become part of our team and grow with us.

DBK Scandinavia, founded in 2010, is a subsidiary of DBK Group GmbH in Germany, which was established in 1946.

We deliver products for heating and cooling in industrial applications and mainly operate in Scandinavia and the Baltics. The company is located in Aneby and currently has four employees.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us

A large part of our business involves technical problem-solving for our B2B customers. Therefore, it is a requirement that you have a technical interest and can easily understand how our products can be used to meet customer needs.

Knowledge of electrical theory is also meritorious.

Since we are a smaller company, we need to help each other where needed, and you should therefore thrive with varied tasks. This may, for example, involve assisting with updating our social media or participating in inventory, etc.

Requirements

• You are comfortable calling customers when needed and handling incoming calls.
• English in speech and writing (corporate language within DBK Group and customer contact).
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing (for customer contact).
• A driver's license, or plans to obtain one in the near future.

Probationary Employment

It is important to us that you enjoy your work and feel that we have fun together at work. Therefore, the position begins with a 6-month probationary period.

The work starts with two days a week, and as you learn the tasks, the plan is to gradually increase to full-time.

You will start with order reception and delivery monitoring.

In parallel, we offer ongoing product training and support so that you can develop towards providing customer support.

The assessment for continued employment is based on how you approach the tasks and how well you fit into our team.
