ICA Maxi Falköping is looking for an Employee – Team Picking

We are in a phase of growth and welcome more customers every day. Therefore, we are expanding our team with an employee who will participate in our working method called team picking. Team picking means that the entire team picks goods in all departments of the store together to offer customers the best possible overall experience.

The position involves:

· Picking goods in all departments.

· Various tasks after picking is completed, such as inventory and building displays.

· Training for cash register work when needed.

Who are you?

As an employee in the team picking group, you are an important part of the store's daily operations and ensure that the shelves are always well-stocked, neat, and inspiring for our customers.

You are service-oriented and enjoy working both independently and in a team. The work can be physically demanding, so you should be comfortable lifting and moving a lot during shifts. We value flexibility, punctuality, and positive energy. Previous experience in retail is meritorious but not a requirement.

This role is the foundation that, for those interested, can lead to many other positions in our organization.
