Växtlaget is now looking for an engaged salesperson in Gothenburg. With us, you will work in an established and passionate company that has been creating sustainable and creative plant solutions for offices and public spaces since 1992.

We offer everything from consulting and project planning to delivery and ongoing maintenance of indoor plants, plant walls, moss walls, and winter gardens. Our mission is to promote well-being and comfort in workplaces by creating green environments.

We have offices in several locations, including Gothenburg, where this position is based.

Växtlaget is part of the GreenDesign Group, which includes about ten companies in the green sector in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

About the role

As a salesperson at Växtlaget, you will:

• Sell Växtlaget's products and services in plant design and plant service
• Create and develop long-term customer relationships with businesses and public organizations
• Actively prospect for new customers
• Book and conduct customer visits, needs analyses, and presentations
• Prepare proposals and quotations
• Contribute to strengthening Växtlaget's presence and brand in the Gothenburg region

We are looking for someone who

• Has knowledge and interest in plants, interior design, and design
• Has experience in sales, preferably B2B
• Is relationship-building, self-driven, and business-minded
• Has very good Swedish in speech and writing as well as good knowledge of English
• Enjoys working both independently and in a team
• Has a driving license (B class)
