Dry Goods Manager / Shift Leader - Matrix Nynäshamn

Matrix stores, part of the Matrebell chain. We work with products that meet all customers' needs. As an applicant, you should be interested in food, enjoy working with customers, and be quality-conscious. You should also enjoy a fast pace and be able to inspire customers with your expertise.

Your daily tasks will include ordering, restocking, campaigns, and shelf placement. Inventory management and daily operations are an important part of the job. You actively work on the profitability of the department. You ensure that the store's end displays are well-stocked and inviting for customers. We are looking for a flexible employee who constantly wants to develop.

Candidates must be stress-resistant, able to handle many tasks simultaneously, and ambitious. It is important that you are pleasant, service-oriented, and speak Swedish, as this facilitates daily customer and supplier contacts.

Previous experience in similar work is required. At least 3 years of experience.
