Store Manager (50%) Independent Role in Machine Rental

Job Description

We are looking for a person who wants to take responsibility for our store and rental operations in Söderköping.

The role is broad and suits someone who enjoys variety and independent responsibility. You will essentially run the daily operations yourself – with us owners as support in the background.

Work tasks include:

• Customer contact in store and via phone

• Rental and return of machines/tools

• Inspection, basic service, and preparation of equipment

• Maintaining order in store and warehouse

• Administrative tasks related to bookings and invoicing

We are a growing company where you will have the opportunity to influence working methods and routines. The right person may eventually have an even larger role in the business.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is self-motivated and takes responsibility without needing to be directed

• Has a strong sense of service and customer interaction

• Is practically minded and not afraid to get involved

• Has a sense of order and structure

Meriting:

• Experience from retail, service, or rental

• Interest in machines, tools, or construction

Personality and attitude weigh heavier than experience.

About the position

The position is 50% with start June 1, 2026.

Working hours are mainly weekdays between 06:30–10:30, with the possibility of additional hours as needed.

You will work independently in the store, which requires responsibility and initiative.
