We are now looking for a motivated and business-oriented Financial Manager for our team at WIP Industries Sweden.

WIP Group is a group headquartered in Åseda, in the heart of Småland, and consists of several companies. The group has six owners who have all worked in the company since its inception and have strong connections to Åseda. The WIP companies started in 2007 and have carried out many large projects around the world.

WIP Industries Sweden manufactures and supplies interior details to an international furniture company. Through hard work and extensive investments, WIP Industries Sweden is a leader in its industry in efficient production of stainless steel products. The entire flow utilizes the very latest technology, and we have implemented several innovations that are completely unique in the industry. Thanks to our well-tuned and innovative production, we will manufacture 3,800,000 products per year, which are then delivered to Europe and North America.

Your duties

Your assignment as Financial Manager with us is primarily to drive, develop, and organize the finance function in a company, and eventually a group, in growth. You have overall responsibility for the operational finance work, where focus will be on operational and ongoing finances and business-oriented operational follow-up. Strategically, you support the CEO in financial matters and you are part of the management team, where with your overarching cross-functional approach, you contribute to strong collaboration between all departments of the company. In the assignment, you are also responsible for ongoing accounting and possibly payroll management.

Main responsibilities

• Budget and forecasting work
• Compilation of financial results and reporting
• Financial statements
• Ongoing bookkeeping with internal accounting
• Preparation of calculations and data
• Inventory

You have

• A few years of experience in finance, preferably from manufacturing industry
• A few years of experience in accounting work
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Visma
• Good Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Excel and other Office applications
• A desire to develop and to grow within the company

Meriting for the position

• Education in finance, management, controlling
• IT skills, understanding of databases
