Customer Service / Coordinator

Skånska Energilösningar AB is a company specializing in various energy solutions, including heat pumps, solar cells, and charging stations in its portfolio. We operate as an autonomous company within the Constech Group. In recent years, we have grown rapidly in both the private and corporate sectors, and our broad expertise and skilled employees have enabled us to gain many returning and new customers, as well as being hired for several large, prestigious projects.

We are now looking for a person for our Customer Service in Helsingborg who has experience with telephone switchboard, coordination, logistics, and administration. You are driven and have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you interact with technicians, administration, suppliers, and subcontractors. In close collaboration with the Sales and Service departments, your main tasks will be to meet our customers via phone and email. You will continuously schedule service assignments for refrigeration technicians and installers, and be part of our external face to the customer. This requires accuracy, social skills, and an interest in service. Experience in the HVAC, Solar, or Refrigeration industry is also meritorious, but not a specific requirement.
