Two Experienced LSS Managers Sought for Assignments in Helsingborg

We are now looking for two experienced LSS managers for temporary full-time assignments in Helsingborg.

The assignments are management roles within Functional Support/LSS. We are seeking one manager with experience in LSS housing and one manager with experience in LSS Children and Youth.

As a manager, you have overall responsibility for staff, operations, finances, and work environment within the services you lead. The services are aimed at individuals who have been granted interventions under the LSS and are conducted at several locations in Helsingborg.

You will work as a first-line manager with responsibility for daily operations. This includes leading, supporting, and following up on employees, creating structure in everyday life, and ensuring that the operation functions with good quality, safety, and clarity.

You will be supervised by the operations manager for the relevant area and will collaborate both internally and externally.

We are looking for someone who has:

At least a bachelor's degree.

At least three years of documented professional experience in a managerial role within Functional Support/LSS.

Current managerial experience, where you have actively worked as a manager for at least 18 of the last 24 months.

Experience with personnel responsibility, budget responsibility, work environment responsibility, and operational responsibility.

Good knowledge of LSS, municipal operations, and the regulations governing the area.

Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

For the first assignment, we are specifically looking for experience in LSS housing.

For the second assignment, we are specifically looking for experience with LSS Children and Youth.

We believe you are confident in the managerial role and accustomed to quickly familiarizing yourself with new contexts. You are clear, structured, and able to create stability in an operation. You thrive in an assignment where you need to be both operational and maintain the overall picture.

It is meritorious if you have previously worked as an interim manager or consultant in municipal operations.

The assignments are full-time and are for a limited period of approximately three months. Preliminary start is May 18, 2026.
