The role of Site Manager

In the role of site manager, you are the person responsible for ensuring that the project is carried out according to set goals regarding time, budget, and quality. You will coordinate staff and subcontractors to achieve the best possible efficiency and be the company's representative towards the client.

We have high demands on order and tidiness at our workplaces. You, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for ensuring that your project is a safe workplace. Safe workplaces are our highest priority. In addition to a good work environment contributing to a safe workplace, we are convinced that this also leads to a better final product for the customer.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with at least three years of experience in the role of site manager in building construction or equivalent experience. We see that you are ready to take great responsibility and have a strong interest in driving projects. You have good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and hold a driver's license for a passenger car. We highly value drive and ambition. Experience with renovation projects is meritorious. You should enjoy having a leading role and act as a role model, always working according to our core values: Teamwork, Accountability, Quality, and Commitment.

About us

ED Bygg is a family-owned company based in Norrköping. We currently run projects in Stockholm, Eskilstuna, Norrköping, Linköping, and Söderköping. We currently have about 130 employees, divided among office staff and tradespeople. We build everything from new construction with apartments, schools, industries, and nursing homes. We also enjoy taking on renovation projects. ED Bygg is characterized by team spirit and lack of prestige, where everyone supports each other and we develop together.
