Work in a lively and varied position where you take significant ownership of the customer experience. Forget monotonous days where you only sit and answer phones – with us, the work is broad, engaging, and filled with exciting problem-solving.
Your days will be filled with, among other things:
- Customer support and advice: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, guiding our customers on our products and solutions.
- Problem-solving: Act proactively and solution-focused to ensure every customer feels heard and receives the right assistance.
- Variety: Move quickly between different types of customer cases and maintain ongoing contact with other departments. No two days are the same, which makes time fly and keeps the work enjoyable.

- A strong salary: We offer a fixed and secure monthly salary of 28,000 – 34,000 SEK, based entirely on your previous experience.

- Major plus: If you have previous experience in customer service or support, it is meritorious, but it is absolutely not a requirement. We ensure you receive the product training and support you need to become confident in your role!
