Our Mission

We are a social enterprise that emerged from a project started by Bureå Parish. We believe in people's ability to grow, develop, and contribute – regardless of background. In our operations, which include: café, cleaning services, catering, memorial gatherings, and other assignments as requested, we create meaningful employment opportunities and strengthen individuals' self-esteem through work, community, and learning. We work closely with people who are far from the labor market and together we create conditions, find tools, and opportunities to find a way forward.

Your Responsibilities

• Work both operationally and guide participants in their daily tasks within the organization.

• Work together in the team to develop the company

• Plan and lead work tasks that develop both practical skills and work-life competence.

• Create individual development plans using the MARY method together with participants and follow up on their progress.

• Collaborate with colleagues, authorities, and other actors to provide participants with the best possible support.

• Contribute to an inclusive and positive work environment where everyone feels seen and valued.

Your Profile

• A valid driver's license (B) is required

• Flexibility and the ability to see the big picture in a growing company

• Drive and an entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to continued development

• Experience working with people in need of support, preferably in labor market measures, social work, or education.

• Ability to motivate, inspire, and build trusting relationships.

• Good organizational skills and confidence in leading groups.

• Responsiveness and patience – you see the individual's strengths and potential.

• Knowledge in work environment, coaching, or supervisor training is meritorious.
