Customer Service/Receptionist at Akademikliniken Malmö

Do you have a passion for customer service and want to be the reassuring voice that guides our customers throughout their entire journey? Akademikliniken in Malmö is now looking for a dedicated and professional customer service/receptionist to become an important part of our service team.

About the role

In this role, you are responsible for providing a warm, professional, and solution-oriented reception both over the phone, via email, and on-site at the reception. You are often the first and last point of contact for our customers, making your role crucial to the customer experience.

Your main tasks:

  • Welcome customers on-site and contribute to a safe and positive experience
  • Receive and manage incoming calls, emails, and messages
  • Book consultations and treatments
  • Provide clear and direct information about our services
  • Support clinic staff with administrative tasks related to customer contacts
  • Ensure a professional flow in the reception and contribute to order and structure

Who are you?

You are a natural people person who always puts the customer's needs first. You have a calm and confident demeanor, even in high-pressure situations. Some of your strong qualities include being organized, efficient, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a role where service is at the center.

We would like you to have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, and hospitality, preferably in healthcare
  • Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Interest in aesthetics and skincare

Full time 100%. Working hours follow the business's opening hours, Monday-Friday.
