Part-time payroll, with opportunity to grow to full-time

Wallnäs Timber is now looking for an independent and confident payroll administrator who wants to take responsibility for payroll administration. The role suits you who thrive with structure and accuracy, but who also enjoy improving work methods and developing processes.

The position is up to part-time in payroll, but for the right person there are great opportunities to shape a broader role. If you want to work up to full-time and combine payroll with, for example, HR or timber administration – we are open to building the position together with you.

Qualifications to succeed in the job

We believe you have:

• Experience working in a similar role in payroll administration
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with the Hogia Lön Plus payroll system
• Understanding of labor law, collective agreements, and payroll-related legislation

Your main tasks will include:

• Administrating employee time in our time system Tidomat.
• Independently managing the entire payroll process in Hogia Lön Plus
• Reporting to authorities and external parties such as the Swedish Tax Agency, Social Insurance Agency, and trade unions
• Handling pensions and insurance matters
• Supporting managers and employees with payroll and time reporting issues
• Managing absences, vacation, and other payroll-related matters
• Other customary payroll administrative tasks

Do you want to do more?

Depending on your interest and competence, the role can also include tasks in, for example, HR administration, personnel matters, or timber administration. There are good opportunities to influence the role's content over time.
