About the role
The role is strongly customer- and service-oriented and largely involves work in reception/front desk and digital customer support. You meet people on-site, guide them correctly, handle cases in our systems, and ensure processes run smoothly.
Examples of tasks:
- Receive and assist customers at reception and during scheduled appointments
- Work with incoming digital support and administration
- Register and manage cases in our digital systems
- Guide customers through their cases and processes clearly and confidently
- Collaborate with colleagues and external parties as needed
- Follow up on customer cases and ensure good service throughout
- Participate in daily operations at the office and at customer sites
The work is primarily conducted from our office in Luleå, but also at customer sites in the surrounding area and in Boden.
Who are you?
We believe you have a background in service, reception, customer support, or similar, and that you are accustomed to working closely with people in a professional role.
You are:
- Service-oriented, positive, and solution-focused
- Confident in customer interactions and skilled in interpersonal communication
- Structured and responsible
- Accustomed to working independently but also enjoy teamwork
- Comfortable with computers and digital systems
You do not need to know everything from the start - we provide introductory training in our methods and systems.
Qualifications
- Good computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office and digital support systems)
- Good command of Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Driving license B (required)
- Additional language skills are meritorious
Prior experience in service professions, reception, customer service, government agencies, or similar is highly meritorious.
Other
The work may occasionally involve travel within the northern region.
Prior to employment, a background check will be conducted in accordance with applicable procedures.
