About the position

We are looking for a new team member to work with customer support, inside sales, and order management. The position is at 40 % and suits someone who thrives in a varied role with both administrative and practical tasks.

Duties

• Warehouse, logistics, and returns handling
• Order processing, follow-up, and delivery monitoring
• Store sales
• Assist in other operations when time allows
• Reporting deviations and improvement suggestions

Areas of responsibility

• Warehouse
• Office
• Catatloging customer agreements and date follow-up
• Work according to the company's environmental and quality policy and be active in continuous improvement work

Authority

• Purchasing for warehouse according to established reorder points based on previous sales
• Purchasing materials and equipment for the office up to SEK 5,000; beyond that, coordination with manager

Qualifications and merits

• Experience in customer support, inside sales, order, or warehouse work is meritorious
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage but not a requirement
• Good administrative ability and sense of order
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
