We are looking for a flexible person who can work during the summer and also fill in on short notice when needed.

As a customer service representative with us in Gothenburg, you will be a key person in the team and contribute to creating memorable customer experiences through top-class service. You build long-term relationships and strengthen customer loyalty by being an engaged and confident salesperson and contact for our business and private customers.

Your tasks include:

• Providing the best possible service to our store customers and ensuring they have a top-class experience.
• Driving sales towards customers and developing new business opportunities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Contributing to the store always being welcoming, inspiring, and sales-oriented.
• Receiving and registering service cases.
• Handling emails and case management systems.

Who are you?

• You are social, energetic, and goal-oriented, and enjoy meeting new people.
• You are passionate about service and see it as natural to exceed customer expectations.
• Goal-oriented and driven to create results.
• Experience in retail is meritorious and seen as a plus. But the most important thing is your personality and commitment.
