About the position

As a Service Technician, you are an important face of the company, helping to build strong customer relationships and develop our service ethos through well-executed service assignments and first-class support.

Your main tasks are to service and repair workshop equipment, high-pressure washers, washing machines, and cleaning machines on-site at customers or in our workshop. In addition to the practical aspects, it involves building customer relationships, performing administrative tasks such as creating invoice bases and managing spare parts.

You have great opportunities to plan your own working day and travel, but it is important to be flexible as conditions and priorities can change rapidly.

• Has a helpful personality and great interest in technology
• Has previous professional experience in installation, repair and service
• Possesses basic knowledge of electricity and mechanics
• Is computer literate and has good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has a driver's license (B)

About the position in more detail

As a Service Technician within OrboTech Group you will be part of a larger service organization with technicians from Malmö in the south to Gällivare in the north, who support each other through regular meetings and a strong sense of community.

The workshop you work from is located in Gällivare, where you have close colleagues in the form of business developers and service technicians. Your district is Gällivare and Kiruna with adjacent municipalities.

You get access to a service car, full set of tools and clothing, a mobile phone, and a computer or tablet. Training and education on the service process and products take place at the workshop in Gällivare, as well as at our customers' sites. The position is full-time and the employment is permanent. Working hours are weekdays between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
