Service Technician

Your Responsibilities

As a service technician, you are our face to the outside world and responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. Most work is based out of or takes place at Continova in Kungsbacka, but longer trips and overnight stays also occur.

Together with the coordinator, you ensure that your assignments are booked and completed on time.

You will service, repair, and calibrate our customers' workshop equipment, as well as install and commission equipment on-site at the customer's location.

• Responsible for ensuring that assigned assignments are booked and completed on time and according to the customer's wishes
• Independently report, complete, and hand over work orders/protocols to the customer
• Keep the customer updated and informed before and during the entire assignment
• Together with the coordinator, plan trips and customer visits
• Ensure spare parts ordering for orders with the help of the coordinator or technical support group
• As the company's face to the customer, represent us in a professional and correct manner
• Contribute to upselling in the form of services, service agreements, parts, equipment, and accessories

Your Profile

• As a person, you are positive and solution-oriented, able to work independently and responsibly
• Have IT experience with business systems and app solutions
• Good understanding of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• You enjoy working independently and value "freedom under responsibility" but also collaborate well in a group
• Experience with similar tasks with good knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Driver's license, at least category B
