GARDEN/PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Summer is approaching and we need reinforcements for the maintenance of our properties - primarily in Stockholm's inner city - which includes all common tasks in the industry.

Garden work includes maintenance/cleaning of inner courtyards, lawn mowing, and watering.

In the properties, it is mainly inspections: light bulb changes, troubleshooting and reporting deviations, performing minor repairs.

Also light cleaning of common areas - waste areas, laundry rooms, etc. as well as sweeping in front of the properties are included.

The work tasks are thus very varied in inspiring environments and need to be planned and carried out independently with personal responsibility, important!

In Stockholm, the shortage of parking spaces is a BIG, recurring problem, which is why an electric cargo bike is a mode of transport that is recommended and provided. The properties are, with one exception, close to each other.

Access to a car can possibly be discussed. Having your own car is also an option.

Since the company has long-term customer relationships, a friendly, prompt, and trustworthy demeanor is crucial. Female applicants are also welcome.
