Barber/Men's Hairstylist

We are now recruiting 1-2 skilled barbers on behalf of a client. Our client is a well-known salon in Södertälje with an excellent reputation and a loyal customer base. You will step directly into a business with high volume and a professional work environment.

About the position

As a barber with our client, you are expected to deliver craftsmanship of the highest standard. The majority of customers request modern haircuts where precision is key.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 4 years of experience in the profession.
• Specialist competence in Fades: You are very confident with skin fades, taper fades, and sharp lines.
• Broad technical knowledge: You have experience with various haircuts and master different hair types and styles.
• Strong customer focus: Since the salon has a renowned name, your attitude and ability to connect with customers are crucial.

Requirements profile

• Documented experience in the hairdressing or barber profession.
• You are meticulous, punctual, and service-oriented.
• You master both machine and scissor techniques perfectly.
