Production is constantly ongoing! With us, operators work shifts around the clock to keep production going and the lines running. Each shift is part of the whole, each moment and handover is important, and every small step forward is crucial – from raw material to finished product.

This is where you come in! Either as an employee on two-shift rotation or on permanent nights.

At WiJo Pouches AB, we work with modern contract manufacturing of white snus in a constantly growing industry. Since the start in 2019, we have grown rapidly, and today we produce in newly built premises in Helsingborg, with an advanced machine park and high demands on quality, safety, and collaboration.

What does the job look like?

As an operator, you are a key person in production. You run the machines, in close collaboration with colleagues, with an equal focus on hygiene, quality, and safety for the final result. It is you who ensures the line runs as it should, that quality is maintained all the way, and that any problems are caught in time and escalated onwards.

A typical day may involve:

• starting, running, and monitoring production machines
• following up on quality and documenting production
• troubleshooting and fixing minor operational disruptions
• cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in the production environment
• collaborating closely with colleagues both in production and from other departments
• contributing to order, safety, and improvement work

Do you want to become part of our production?

We are looking for staff for permanent nights (Sunday-Thursday) and for two-shift rotation (morning/afternoon every other week). Selection is ongoing. Send in your application as soon as possible and be clear whether you are applying for nights or two-shift. Warmly welcome with your application!
