We at Tugg Burgers Lund are now looking for a service manager who wants to take responsibility for our front-of-house and help develop both the team and the guest experience.

Tugg Burgers is a restaurant focused on premium burgers – we grind our own meat daily and always strive for the highest quality in both food and service. We have a liquor license and a lively restaurant environment with a high pace and relaxed atmosphere.

About the Role

As a service manager, you play a key role in operations. You are responsible for smooth service, team performance, and ensuring guests always leave satisfied.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is comfortable working evenings and weekends (that's when we are at our best)
• Is confident in a leadership role and enjoys taking responsibility
• Has an eye for service, details, and pace
• Is solution-oriented and enjoys working operationally in ongoing business

Main Responsibilities

Staff & Operations

• Ensure that a person responsible for serving is always present during opening hours
• Take responsibility for staffing
• Lead, coach, and develop service staff

Guest Experience

• Ensure a high level of service and overall experience
• Handle feedback and complaints professionally
• Actively work on improving the guest journey
• Manage bookings and guest contact via email

Safety & Routines

• Ensure hygiene and safety routines are followed
• Conduct checks of cleanliness and work environment

Inventory & Orders

• Collaborate with the head chef on ingredients and operations
• Participate in inventory and orders for bar and serving materials

Work Environment

• Contribute to a positive, safe, and structured workplace
• Ensure compliance with routines and work environment requirements
