We are looking for a bartender who wants to help develop a brand new bar at Oense in central Östersund – a restaurant where Swedish home cooking meets international influences, and where we work purposefully to create an environment that feels both thoughtful and relaxed.

About the role

As a bartender at Oense, you are responsible for:

• Creating and serving drinks with precision, feeling and pace
• Providing guests with a professional, personal, and welcoming service
• Maintaining order and structure in the bar even under high pressure
• Contributing to the overall restaurant experience – not just in the glass
• Collaborating closely with service and kitchen for seamless service flow

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from bar work and moves effortlessly between the tap and the shaker.
• Thrives in a fast pace without losing quality
• Has a sense for taste, details, and presentation
• Is social, confident, and enjoys working with people
• Is humble but professionally proud
• Wants to be part of opening a completely new bar in Östersund.
