Bartender (bar + service) at Zinnia – Götgatan 28

Zinnia is a small Asian restaurant and cocktail bar on Götgatsbacken. The kitchen has a Chinese influence with Sichuan flavors – ramen, dumplings, and bowls. In the bar, we work with classic cocktails, signature drinks, and spirits like baijiu.

The space is small, the pace is high, and guest interaction is close. Many customers return, so relationships and ambiance are a big part of the experience.

The role

This is a combined role where you are part of the service in the dining area, with a focus on the bar. In practice, this often means you:

• Work behind the bar and mix cocktails (classics + signature drinks)
• Take orders at tables and serve food
• Maintain bar prep, cleanliness, and flow during service
• Handle product ordering from suppliers and receive deliveries

You are expected to take responsibility for the whole, be proactive in a small team, and gladly contribute ideas for drinks and setups.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience working behind the bar
• Knows classic cocktails and has good basic technique
• Is comfortable with table orders and food service
• Is social, attentive, and enjoys building relationships with guests
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes responsibility, and works in an organized manner
• Works well in a small team and helps where needed
• Enjoys trying new things and developing drinks
