Do you dream of cooking real food – with the scent of the forest, the taste of freshly picked produce, and a sense of freedom? At Vilt & Vegetariskt, the restaurant at Breanäs Hotel, nature is at the center – both on the plate and outside the window. We are now looking for a passionate chef who wants to help create extraordinary flavor experiences!

🍁 Your new adventure:

From June to October, we invite our guests to a nature-inspired dining experience in a relaxed, familial atmosphere. We work with local ingredients, plenty of greens and game, and love to let the season guide the menu. You will have both freedom and responsibility in the kitchen – here we value creativity and innovation!

🌟 We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in restaurant kitchens – preferably with a focus on game, greens, and sustainability
• Is self-reliant, organized, and enjoys working closely with raw ingredients
• Thrives in a small team with quick decisions and a big heart
• Has a driver's license and own car (a requirement – accommodation not provided)
• Is flexible and accustomed to working irregular hours – including lunch, evenings, and weekends
