Service Staff with Bartending Experience at Zinnia – Götgatan 28

Zinnia is a small Asian restaurant and cocktail bar on Götgatsbacken in Stockholm. The kitchen has a Chinese focus with influences from Sichuan – ramen, dumplings, and bowls. In the bar, we work with classic cocktails, signature drinks, and spirits like baijiu.

The venue is small, and guest interaction is close. Many guests return – relationships and atmosphere are a big part of the experience with us.

The Role

You are fundamentally a service person who thrives in the dining room and with guests. Bar experience is a plus – you step behind the bar when needed, feel comfortable with cocktails, and help keep the flow going.

In practice, the role means you:

• Take care of guests, take table orders, and serve food

• Work behind the bar making cocktails when required

• Help with bar prep and maintain order during service

• Receive deliveries and assist with product orders

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in serving and enjoys guest contact

• Has worked in a bar and knows classic cocktails

• Is social, perceptive, and creates natural rapport with guests

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes responsibility for the whole

• Works well in a small team and helps where needed
