Night Receptionist / Night Porter 75% – Brunnby Hotel

Brunnby Hotel is a family-owned hotel with 44 rooms, located in Årstapartihallarna in southern Stockholm. We have a warm and personal atmosphere, with many returning guests and a focus on service, quality, and well-being – for both guests and staff.

We are now looking for a night receptionist at 75%, working every other week.

About the position

As a night receptionist, you are responsible for the operation of the hotel during the night. Your duties include:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Bookings, cash handling, and basic administration
• Phone calls and guest service
• Supervision of the hotel's premises and common areas
• Preparation, cooking, and setting up breakfast
• Light cleaning in common areas and some towel handling at night

Working hours are 22:30–06:30, 7 consecutive nights followed by 7 days off.

We are looking for someone who

• Is responsible, meticulous, and confident in your role
• Enjoys working independently and taking initiative
• Has a strong sense of service and likes meeting people
• Has good computer skills and speaks Swedish and English fluently
• Has previous experience in reception, hotel, or similar service profession (meritorious)

Experience with the booking system Sirvoy is a plus but not a requirement – we will train the right person.
