Receptionist 80% at Comfort Hotel

We are now looking for a hotel receptionist at 80% who wants to become part of our new team and grow with us. You are a real joy-spreader and always ensure that your guests feel comfortable and well - service is something you are passionate about! We would like you to be a structured and innovative person who enjoys development. You take responsibility for your tasks and want to see results in your work.

Your work will include the following tasks:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Booking inquiries
• Cash management
• Answering guest questions
• Contributing to upselling

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Advantageous:

• Worked within Nordic Choice
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in restaurant
• Experience with Cenium

Working hours are primarily in the evening and every other weekend. Salary according to collective agreement.
