In this role, you will meet patients through digital channels and, when necessary, in person. You will work closely with colleagues from multiple professions and contribute to shaping clear workflows where technology helps us prioritize correctly, reduce lead times, and create better follow-up. Together, we develop flows that are easy for patients to understand and efficient for the team – from first contact to follow-up and self-care support.

We are looking for someone who is curious, confident in their skills, and thrives when ideas can quickly turn into improvements. You enjoy working in a structured way with data as a guide – not to chase numbers, but to see that our work makes a difference. You are comfortable with digital tools and see the potential of AI support, standardized care programs, and uniform documentation.
