Tasks

As an advisory nurse at 1177, you assess symptoms, provide healthcare advice, and refer residents to the correct level of care. You use your medical expertise together with our digital support and tools to make structured assessments and ensure patient-safe triage. When needed, we use digital image and video solutions.

Before you start working, you receive an extensive introductory training focusing on conversation methodology and referral support.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse with experience, confidence in the professional role, and the ability to work independently and make decisions
• Has very good Swedish in speech and writing
• Has good knowledge of English and can speak and understand the language well
• Has good IT skills and is comfortable using the computer as a work tool, navigating between different programs, and working in multiple systems simultaneously

It is advantageous if you have experience in:

• Assessing care needs and triaging patients
• Working with healthcare advice over the phone
• Working in various operational areas in healthcare

Conditions Employment form:

Extent: Full-time (100%) or part-time (87.5%, 75%, or 50%).

Weekly working hours for full-time: 36 hours and 20 minutes on average per week.

Working hours:

1177 is a round-the-clock operation with variable working hours. In this position, your working hours vary between 05:00-01:00. You work mainly weekday evenings between 19:00 and 01:00 and weekends between 05:00 and 01:00. The need for weekday day shifts is very limited. Shift lengths vary between 2 and 8 hours. Working hours are planned based on the organization's needs.
