Vårdcentralen Sollentunas Hjärta opened its doors this autumn and is now seeking a district nurse for a permanent position – full-time or part-time by agreement.

About the position

As a district nurse at Vårdcentralen Sollentunas Hjärta, you will play an important role in the continued development of our operations. You will work independently with typical tasks at a primary care center, such as telephone advice, outpatient work, follow-up of chronic diseases, and home healthcare. You will also be involved in shaping our routines and working methods, working closely with other professional groups.

We are looking for someone who works in a patient-safe and evidence-based manner, is professional in their approach, and prioritizes the patient's best interests. You will have an important role in creating security for our patients and contributing to continuity in their care contacts.

Qualifications

• Licensed district nurse
• Experience in primary care is required
• Additional merits include training and experience in diabetes
• You are responsible, solution-oriented, and have a good manner
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken, is required.
