Right now, we are looking for nurses for assignments for weeks 25-33 in Hudiksvall.

Assignment description

The work as a nurse in the municipality involves assignments in home healthcare and during on-call hours also in special housing with interventions up to nurse level. The basic tasks are to assess, decide and set goals, to document, plan, perform/delegate and lead as well as follow up on health and medical care interventions.

The nurse's duties also include supervising, informing and educating other staff and students. The nurse is responsible for medication management and ensuring that the doctor's prescriptions are followed and evaluated. Documentation in the nursing record, according to the Patient Records Act. Nurse responsible for nursing care as needed. Participate in SIP/nursing meetings/team meetings as needed. Reporting deviations and participating in investigations of deviations.

Requirements or wishes:

- Licensed nurse

- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
